Drawing on the architectural language of Irving Gil, the new Lincoln and Orange Grove housing integrates into its largely historic Pasadena neighborhood through a simple palette and form of white plaster devoid of unnecessary detail.
Completed, the development now provides 61 units of affordable housing promoting first time home ownership and street activating commercial space to northwest Pasadena.
